The submission of the order by the buyer represents his full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment Security

The merchant site accepts various secure payment methods. All data transmitted between the web server and browsers will remain private and integral.

Price

The prices of the services are displayed before taxes in Canadian dollars (CAD). Taxes are added at the time of validation of the order and vary according to the province where the buyer lives. Taxes will appear on the order/invoice. All taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are subject to change. All prices are subject to change without notice or notification. In the event that the price of a service is incorrect, due to typographical error(s) or error(s) concerning the price, the site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, even if it has been confirmed and the credit card has been charged. If the account has already been debited for the amount of the purchase and the order is cancelled, the merchant site will refund the amount corresponding to the incorrect price.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed by the buyer cannot be canceled and are subject to acceptance by the merchant site. The merchant site reserves the right to refuse any order placed by the customer and/or to limit the quantities of any order.

The services are available for purchase as long as they are on the merchant site and the quantities remain available. In the event that a derivative product or service is not available after the order has been placed, the Site will notify the customer immediately. If the merchant site remains unable to complete the order, it will be canceled automatically and no fees will be charged.
