Shipping Policy

All orders must be at least $10 before taxes.

Our delivery charges are at a flat rate of $15 in Canada.

Shipping costs are offered free of charge for all orders over $75 before taxes in Canada. Pickup is free in Montreal.

Allow two to three business days (Monday to Friday) for shipping. We cannot guarantee the arrival date of an order. Consider any shipping or transit times offered to you by Ayata Botanix or other parties as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely manner to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery times based on the availability of your items.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products made from ingredients of natural and vegetable origin, our products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If upon receipt of your order, one or more products have been damaged by the carrier, or you have received an incorrect order, please use the form on our page  contact us  to let us know.
